Customer Service Center Representative

Navitor, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Customer Service Center Representative to join their team in North Mankato, MN! In this position, you will be responsible for working with customers and sales representatives by taking incoming emails/calls, making outbound calls, and providing consultative support by cross-selling our products and working with customer websites.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work as the first point of contact to resolve high-profile customer issues
• Monitor high priority customer orders
• Support and consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions
• Provide customer assistance primarily via email and some phone calls
• Assist customers with their orders to include pricing and order status

Your Shift:

• 1st shift; Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7a - 4:30p
• This role will be fully onsite based at 1650 Tower Blvd, North Mankato, MN 56003

You Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills

We Would Also Prefer:

• High school education or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of printing process and pricing
• Strong computer experience with a preference in Microsoft Office

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $16.00. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
