Construction Litigation Associate

Thompson Hine LLP seeks a litigation associate to join its Construction group in any Ohio office. The ideal candidate will possess three to six years of experience in litigation with the equivalent of two years of experience in construction litigation including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims and payment disputes. Thompson Hine’s Construction practice handles a broad range of construction-related cases ranging from insurance disputes to matters involving large municipal projects. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships. The estimated annual salary range for this position in Ohio is $170,000 - $190,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
