Seasonal Benefits Counselor - Open Enrollment Support

Benefit Harbor

Benefit Harbor is seeking a Seasonal Benefits Counselor to support Open Enrollment by assisting employees with their benefit elections via phone, live chat, and SMS. This temporary assignment emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and superior customer service. The role is onsite in Plano, Texas, from October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, and requires a High School diploma plus 3–6 months of customer service experience; English or bilingual English/Spanish language skills are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Benefit Harbor
