Litigation Attorney

KKC Law is one of the largest and most established general practice law firms in
Eastern Connecticut. KKC Law is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 2-5
years experience for an Associate position, with an excellent opportunity for
growth.

The optimal candidate should have a strong academic background and an
excellent work ethic, solid people skills, and experience in the following areas:
Preparation of pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with
precision and clarity.

Management of all phases of litigation from initial client consultation
through resolution. Trial experience preferred.
Representation of clients in negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court
proceedings with professionalism and confidence.
Legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and AI.
