- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for an assigned client portfolio, managing their insurance needs with strong attention to detail and minimal oversight
- Lead renewal and remarketing initiatives, coordinating with carriers to secure competitive coverage and pricing while providing consultative guidance on coverage gaps and policy structures
- Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, including collection, organization, and analysis of underwriting data
- Troubleshoot complex client issues efficiently by collaborating with underwriters and internal teams to deliver timely resolutions
- Manage endorsements, claims inquiries, audits, and other service requests with precision and care
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in AMS360, documenting all servicing activities transparently
- Support and mentor junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes that impact your clients
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through responsive communication, empathy, and strategic problem-solving
- 2-4 years of experience in client account management, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven ability to manage a book of business and develop strong, lasting client relationships
- Solid understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines, coverage forms, and insurance products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems
- Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and supportive with team members
- Customer service excellence and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience with insurance renewals, underwriting processes, or account management in a professional services setting
