Litigation Attorney - Tax Certiorari Practice

Our client, a prominent Nassau County law firm, seeks an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join its growing tax certiorari practice. This position is primarily on-site, with some flexibility for periodic remote work.

The firm offers a competitive salary ($100,000-$120,000, DOE), benefits, performance-based bonuses, and a supportive, collegial culture. Candidates with tax certiorari experience are preferred. However, the firm will also consider attorneys with backgrounds in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant matters or municipal law, who are interested in developing expertise in this area. Attorneys should be comfortable with court appearances, conferences, negotiations, and case management. Trial experience is a plus.
