Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, supporting access activity, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, entrances, corridors, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations, and document daily activities, incidents, and patrol findings according to site expectations.
• Support a professional environment at the location by monitoring high-traffic areas, providing directions and assistance, and addressing routine questions or concerns with courtesy and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
