This role is responsible for executing programs of substantial importance to the organization. This includes driving program execution to meet customer requirements and achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.Essential Functions:Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and mission successDrive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programsAct as primary contact and leader for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on assigned programsDemonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills across a wide range of technical and non-technical audiencesTravel up to 20% to domestic locationsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in a technical field with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience is required.Preferred Additional Skills:Experience with earned value management, integrated master schedules, risk management, and formal gate or milestone reviewsProven track record managing program budgets, cost account management, and financial forecastingStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to obtain a U.S. security clearanceExperience with domestic and international customer engagements in a regulated defense environmentBackground in missile defense or sensor development programs#LI-KM1
