About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead the transformation and scaling of one of its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in integrating acquisitions, cross-selling across verticals, and driving the company's evolution from a service-led agency to a productized, AI-native growth platform. This role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong commercial orientation, particularly in the B2B tech-enabled services sector. The CRO will be responsible for building and implementing go-to-market strategies for both software products and single-service offerings, with a focus on capturing scale and synergy. The ideal CRO for the company will have a background as a #1 or #2 commercial leader in a business with a revenue range of $150-$500 million, and a tenure of over 15 years, demonstrating progressive career success. Experience in private equity is preferred, and a solid background in M&A with a focus on integration is essential. The role requires a candidate with a contagious will to win, capable of honoring the company's past while leading it into a future of significant growth and transformation. The CRO will play a pivotal role in the company's journey, with a clear mandate to drive scale within a 18-24 month period, and will be supported by the private equity firm's substantial investment in the business.
