About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join their team. The CRO will be a key executive, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue plan to meet the company's goals. This role involves expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new accounts, with a focus on strong team leadership, growing key customer segments, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure a strategic go-to-market plan and will be instrumental in the commercial integration of acquired businesses. The CRO will also be expected to lead commercial transformation, build a performance-driven culture, and serve as a collaborative, enterprise-minded leader. Candidates for the CRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of commercial leadership experience in the U.S. healthcare services sector, particularly in revenue cycle management and provider/hospital markets. The role requires a proven track record in scaling organic revenue growth, improving forecasting discipline, and leading go-to-market transformation. Experience in integrating acquired revenue teams, strong background in pricing strategy, and a deep understanding of CRM platforms, sales methodologies, and revenue analytics are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong executive judgment, Board-level presence, and a demonstrated ability to build and scale a predictable revenue engine.
