Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Emergency Medicine NP/PA • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Nags Head, NC • Service Setting: Inpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: May 15 - Jul 31, 2026 • Coverage Type: Clinical only • Shifts needed to be filled: • 7a-7p - May 15 - Jun 5, 7-8, 10, 16 - Jul 3, 8, 11-13, 18-19, 23-26, 31 • 2p-12a - Jun 18-19, 28 - Jul 17• Shift Schedule: 12-hr Shifts • Patient Volume: 20• Physician in Practice: 6• Support Staff: 3 APPs • Specialty Backup: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Telestroke, Anesthesiology, Radiology • No. of ORs: 3; 1 (designated Caesarian room)• No. of Beds: 21 - 18 (acute care med/surg beds) - 2 (L&D/recovery beds) - 1 (Nursery bed)• Nursery Level: II • Lab on-site • EMR: Epic • Other Info: - Will respond to codes - No ICU/Critical Care Duties • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active NC License • BC • DEA • BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS (AHA)
