I am working with the Outer Banks Hospital in Nags Head, NC and they are looking for some temporary Emergency Medicine coverage Starting in April. OBH is fully accredited, providing high quality care in a compassionate environment to many tourists and local patients within their community. This full-service critical access hospital offers a wide range of services, reaching 350,000 visits during their summer season. - May 15-21, 25, 29-31: 4p-2a
Shift Times Vary
Average of 1.8 patients per hour
Average of 18-20 patients per day
No ICU/Critical care Duties
Responds to Codes
Hospitalist handles admissions
Specialty Backup: Anesthesia and Radiologist
Must be BC Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- If BC FM/IM, you must have all CPR Certs: BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS
Must have NC State License and DEA
EMR: EPIC
