Senior Accountant Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Remote
Salary: $120,000 $180,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:
Prepare and support SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
Research and document technical accounting conclusions under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Draft accounting memos for complex transactions and business events
Support implementation of new accounting standards and policy updates
Coordinate with external auditors on financial reporting and technical accounting matters
Assist with financial statement preparation, disclosures, and reporting processes
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:
Active CPA required
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of combined public accounting and industry accounting experience
Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience with knowledge of U.S. GAAP
