ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency has proudly served the community as a State Farm office for over 16 years, and my journey with State Farm began even earlier as a team member for 2 years. We are currently a team of six talented professionals, with plans to welcome a seventh member in March 2025.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Grant Murphy - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you'll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You'll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency's success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior insurance experience preferred but not required

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
