FIELD OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - AUTOMOTIVE

Location: Stockton, CA | Remote / Field-Based
Pay: $24-$28/hour + Commission
Commission: Up to $500/Month
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator to conduct vehicle inspections and work directly with dealerships throughout the Stockton area.

This is a field-based role ideal for someone with strong hands-on automotive knowledge who enjoys working independently and interacting with customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Inspect vehicle engines, transmissions, interiors, and exteriors.
• Complete and submit digital inspection reports using a mobile app.
• Travel locally to dealerships to inspect vehicles prior to sale.
• Coordinate inspection and vehicle-preparation timelines with dealerships.
• Communicate with internal Operations and Sales teams.
• Build positive relationships with dealership partners.
• Distribute marketing materials to support sales efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience , such as mechanic or technician experience.
• Knowledge of engines, transmissions, differentials, and transfer cases .
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable traveling locally between dealerships.
• Ability to use mobile technology and digital inspection tools.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
