Senior Benefits Administrator

Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced benefits professional for a growing client in New York City. They are a publicly traded financial services firm with a collaborative and engaging culture. This Benefits Administrator is a newly created position and will partner with senior leadership. In this role you will: Design and transition the group to a self-funded plan Oversee and manage the TPA and entire benefits program Review and monitor plan performance Report performance metrics to executive leadership The ideal candidate will bring: 6+ years of experience in self-funded insurance administration Proven experience in building out processes and change management Experience working with TPAs, PBMs, stop-loss carriers, recordkeepers, consultants, and payroll providers. Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, retirement plan administration and compliance, EEO-1 reporting, Form 5500 reporting, state paid leave programs, and other applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tarvos Talent
