Contract Analyst

Position Summary 12‑month contract with potential for extension to full‑time. The Service & Support Analyst is responsible for evaluating and responding to customer contract redlines related to service terms, SLAs, warranties, and support obligations. This role partners closely with Contracts, Sales, and Service Operations to interpret risk, propose compliant alternatives, and craft clear, timely responses that protect the company while meeting customer requirements or requests. The analyst maintains a redline response repository and ensures alignment with policy, regulatory standards, and operational requirements. In addition, the analyst works closely with Sales, Technical and Field Service, Contracts and Quoting to review the customer’s products to determine eligibility to renew contracts with a new support agreement. Responsibilities include reviewing product eligibility across multiple solutions, validating serials or SKUs, assessing compatibility with service delivery capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending remediation paths such as upgrades, substitutions, time‑and‑material or tailored support exceptions. The analyst provides final review outputs for accurate quoting, entitlement setup, and ongoing service execution. Responsibilities Evaluate and respond to customer contract redlines for service terms, SLAs, warranties, and support obligations. Partner with Contracts, Sales, and Service Operations to interpret risk and propose compliant alternatives. Maintain disgression response repository and ensure alignment with policy and regulatory standards. Review product eligibility for contract renewals and assess serials/SKUs, configurations, and lifecycle status. Identify gaps (e.g., end‑of‑support units, third‑party devices, non‑standard configurations) and recommend remediation paths. Provide clear and concise outputs for quoting, entitlement setup, and ongoing service execution. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience with commercial contracting or service and support related experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent organizational, written, communication, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment; team player and results‑oriented. Proficient in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and PowerApps. Technical Skills Advanced technical skills in Microsoft O365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Power BI, and PowerApps. Experience with SAP and Salesforce. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have Data‑driven mindset; strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and dashboard creation. Independent learner focused on driving results and outcomes. Understanding of supply chain and procurement strategies.
