From accounts payable and receivable to reconciliations, billing, and month-end close activities, you'll be a key contributor to the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. What You'll Do Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , ensuring invoices, payments, and cash flow activities are processed accurately and on time. Maintain the General Ledger , prepare and post journal entries, and support accurate financial reporting. Perform account reconciliations , including bank and credit card reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Assist with billing, revenue recognition, and progress/FCO billing to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing. Support month-end close by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation. Maintain financial data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper categorization. Prepare invoice support packages and customer billing documentation. Process payroll-related journal entries and assist with job costing activities. Track purchase orders and support expense management processes. Participate in financial reporting, process improvements, and special accounting projects. What We're Looking For 2 + years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related accounting experience. Understanding of accounting fundamentals, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity. Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (Sage Intacct experience is a plus). Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Construction industry experience is a plus but not required. Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
