Job Title: Technical Recruiter 3

Location: Redmond,WA (Remote but candidate must be local to WA)

Duration: 4 Months (Potential extension quarterly up to 18 months)

Note: Applicants must work on W2 without sponsorship(No C2C and 1099)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter Generalist to support recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires a recruiter who understands the full recruitment lifecycle within large enterprise environments and can manage high-volume hiring while maintaining an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. The recruiter will partner with teams across Azure Data, Security, MAI, Commercial/Sales, and Marketing organizations to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience in recruiting or sourcing roles
• OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiling.
• Proven experience handling high-volume recruiting and managing full requisition loads consistently.
• Experience recruiting for technology, sales, marketing, or enterprise business functions.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, hiring practices, and employment compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel.
• Adaptability to changing recruiting processes and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
• Previous talent acquisition experience supporting a large technology company.
• Experience recruiting for cloud, security, AI/ML, Azure, or enterprise technology roles.
