HotelPro , a hospitality staffing company, is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for overseeing client relationships, team member engagement, recruiting, onboarding, and operational excellence. The Operations Manager serves as a key liaison between HotelPro , our clients, and our workforce, ensuring alignment, performance, and service excellence.

As an Operations Manager You Will...

• Build strong relationships with clients by meeting regularly to understand staffing needs and identify growth opportunities
• Support client communication, hotel initiatives, and workforce planning
• Fill open positions efficiently and support urgent staffing requests
• Lead recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, building pipelines, and maintaining recruiting systems
• Ensure candidates align with HotelPro culture and client expectations
• Oversee onboarding, hiring, and compliance processes including I-9, background checks, and safety orientation
• Maintain accurate records in Avionté and ensure data integrity across team member information
• Manage payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor operational performance through reporting, audits, and compliance tracking
• Drive safety initiatives and ensure completion of required safety visits and meetings
• Engage with team members regularly to build trust, resolve issues, and support retention
• Promote HotelPro culture, values, and service standards

As an Operations Manager You Bring...

• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• 1+ years of leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or staffing
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proven success working in a team environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
