Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 10 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworksAt least 5 years of experience with Contact center domain on Genesys platformAt least 5 years’ experience in Genesys framework, eservices, Genesys routing strategies and composerAt least 2 years’ experience in ORS, GVPAt least 7 years of experience in project executionExperience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelTroubleshooting, Analytical and Client Interfacing skillsExperience and desire to work in a management consulting and Global delivery environment that requires regular travelQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
