Agent Associate

About the Agency WME Group is an international exclusive speakers' agency engaged in sports, media, entertainment, and fashion. We help artists, athletes, and brands grow their businesses and leverage their intellectual property. Responsibilities Serve as a key liaison between internal departments and buyers to communicate ongoing contract discussions, negotiations, accounting timelines, and Speaker/Buyer requests and availability. Independently manage discussions to allow maximum efficiency and drive business needs. Support new client proposals, including speaker research, and contact existing and prospective buyers with sales calls, leveraging knowledge of the company's roster of speakers and fee arrangements. Take ownership of high-volume CRM database management and multitask in a high‑paced environment to ensure all opportunities, contracts, contacts, and billing information are updated and coordinated. Prepare reports and analysis as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of office experience (internship acceptable). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Experience in sales, business development, and/or event planning with client contact and written communications is a plus. Ability to handle high-volume work, including contract negotiation and database work. Attention to detail, creative thinking, positive can‑do attitude. Compensation Hiring pay rates are based on location and qualifications. Base rate ranges from $54,000 to $72,000 annually.
