Purchasing Agent

We are seeking an onsite, dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. This role is essential for handling large Purchase Orders, which include 100-150 lines each and require manual entry. Responsibilities Enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Follow standard work procedures and guidelines. Utilize Excel and Outlook for data entry and communication. Communicate effectively via phone and email. Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail. Multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Exhibit a driven attitude and a strong work ethic. Experience with inventory purchasing and management. Proficiency in Purchase Requisitions. Experience with ERP systems. Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external customers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to hold individuals accountable and ensure adherence to processes. This onsite role is based in a business casual environment with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing some flexibility. Candidates must wear casual, closed‑toe shoes, and have steel toe shoes available for access to the manufacturing floor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Noblesville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
