Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help maintain our high standards across cabins and tiny homes. This role combines inspections, operational support, basic troubleshooting, and guest readiness tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed check-in and cleanliness inspections
• Inspect inventory, supplies, and guest-ready presentation
• Identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Follow up on guest complaints and detractor issues
• Assist with laundry operations as needed
• Replace propane tanks, light bulbs, batteries, and reset breakers/devices
• Support seasonal setups, deliveries, and operational tasks
• Use Breezeway and other software tools effectively

Qualifications

• Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic troubleshooting
• Dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and insurance required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
• Familiarity with Sevierville/Gatlinburg area preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $17/hr + mileage reimbursement
• 3040 hours per week based on business needs
