Targeted Case Manager

Community Behavioral Health Agency serving Palm Beach County hiring Case managers to serve children, adults and families. Independent contractor position with flexible schedule.Full time hours (25+ hours) preferred. We are currently seeking Targeted Case Managers! FCB Certification (Preferred). Coordinate needed services for children, adults & families in Palm Beach County. Detailed description will be provided during interview. Skills/ Requirements PALM BEACH COUNTY, must be willing to travel. Preferred Bilingual(English/Spanish or English/Creole) Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Related Field Min. 2 yrs experience preferred FCB - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Preferred Basic Knowledge of Community Resources In person position Important Notes: TARGETED CASE MANAGERS BA or BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justiceor Human Services related field.
