About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Digital Platforms, Data, and Engineering to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the enterprise platform strategy, engineering leadership, data and analytics, and technology operationalization. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's digital transformation, with a focus on modernizing business systems, improving data accessibility and quality, and establishing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The VP will also be instrumental in leading organizational change, particularly in the transition towards AI-enabled and digitally enhanced ways of working, and will be expected to partner with leaders across various functions to redesign workflows and enhance organizational effectiveness. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience. A strong background in cloud technologies, data architecture, and modern software development practices is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading enterprise platforms, engineering teams, and digital transformation initiatives, as well as experience in managing large-scale organizational change. Key skills include strategic technology leadership, operational excellence, engineering and platform management, systems thinking, data and analytics leadership, and change and transformation leadership. The role requires a leader with a strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication, and the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse teams.
