Data Support Specialist

Configure and maintain enrollment data within internal systems. Enter, review, and update client information with a high level of accuracy. Generate enrollment, payroll, and operational reports. Validate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure information is complete. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and vendors to support enrollment activities. Maintain detailed documentation and accurately record all communications. Manage assigned tasks and ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently met. Follow established processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Assist with software implementation, testing, and ongoing data support. What We're Looking For: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with data entry, administrative support, or database management. Comfortable working with multiple systems and software applications. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. A team player who takes ownership of their work. Nice to Have: Experience with benefits administration, insurance, or enrollment systems. Previous experience supporting implementation or data migration projects. Familiarity with CRM platforms or Agency Management Systems. Work with international healthcare clients.
