About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Technology Strategy and Execution for the North American region. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the technology portfolio, serving as a key partner to both technology and business leadership. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and maintaining portfolio governance frameworks, driving executive communications, and optimizing delivery models. A significant focus is on maturing enterprise delivery playbooks, managing budget dynamics, and supporting the CIO in the evolution of the technology organization. The role also involves leading executive operations, portfolio governance, and process standardization, as well as driving prioritization frameworks and strategic alignment. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a Master's of Business Administration preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology management is required, with a strong background in executive operations, financial management, and program delivery across various IT and business disciplines. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in influencing and executing technology strategies, as well as a deep understanding of operational control, risk management, and quality standards. The Head of Technology Strategy and Execution will be expected to bring a high level of domain and functional expertise, and to be adept at using technology to optimize business processes and operational procedures.
