About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Head of Technology Sourcing, Associate Vice President, to lead a critical function that is instrumental in the strategic management of global technology spend. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing a multi-year global strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, growth plans, and technology roadmap. This role requires a senior leader with a proven track record in strategic sourcing, technology procurement, and expense management, particularly within large, complex organizations. The Global Head of Technology Sourcing will be a transformational leader, driving change and innovation in sourcing and expense management, with a focus on AI, advanced analytics, and automation to enhance spend visibility and decision-making. Key responsibilities for this role include executive partnership and influence, leading a global team, and optimizing spend and supplier value. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10-15+ years of experience, and a deep understanding of technology spend, vendor ecosystems, and commercial models. Experience in market data or IT sourcing is strongly preferred. The role also involves leading large-scale sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and commercial strategies, as well as guiding competitive bid processes and vendor evaluations. The Global Head of Technology Sourcing will be expected to have strong analytical skills, experience with advanced analytics and BI tools, and a hands-on background with P2P, VMS, and CLM platforms. A background in enterprise transformation, operating model design, or large-scale change initiatives, and exposure to AI-driven procurement solutions, is considered a plus.
