Gastroenterology Position - Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa

Join a flourishing practice that is in high demand, offering immediate patient engagement and remarkable growth opportunities. We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to become part of our established team in Northeast Iowa.

Practice Overview

• Thriving practice with immediate patient influx
• Comprehensive gastrointestinal services, including EUS and ERCP
• Fully equipped GI Endoscopy Suite dedicated to patient care
• Potential for over 150 endoscopies per month
• Shared call schedule of 1:4
• Collaborative environment with a strong support network from surgical, hospitalist, and primary care teams

Salary & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $700,000 for the first two years, plus production bonuses
• Earning potential exceeding $900,000 based on productivity
• $150,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• Malpractice insurance covered by the employer, including tail coverage
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with shared premiums
• Two retirement plans available:
  • 403(b) plan with employer matching
