Job DetailsLevel: Experienced Job Location: Swainsboro, GA 30401 Position Type: PRN Education Level: Clinical Certifications Job Shift: NIGHT SHIFT 7P Job Category: Nurse Position Description The Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for administration management of patient care outcomes and utilization of staffing on 7A-7P, 7P-7A, 11A-11P and 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7 shifts. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overall continuity of the implemented philosophy and objectives of the Patient Care Services Department. He/she is responsible for developing, coordinating and promoting the facility’s patient standards / practice in accordance with legal, ethical, professional, and organizational standards. He/she must maintain clinical skills and assist various units in the realm of patient care services as needed. Qualifications Education: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing Current licensure by State Board of Nursing ASN required, BSN preferred BCLS & ACLS Certification Experience: Previous management or charge nurse experience (1 year preferred) Must possess good communicating skills and interact effectively with interdisciplinary staff members. Physical / Mental Demands Ability to think and work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions; to move, sit, stand, walk and bend intermittently throughout the work day, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these sources to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Use of mechanical and technical equipment required for the responsibilities assigned.
