Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Kirksville Manor Care Center. As a Staffing Coordinator , you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of our staff resources to meet the needs of our residents. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing : Coordinate staffing needs, including scheduling, staffing requests, and staff communication to ensure optimal staffing levels to meet resident care needs

• Scheduling : Create and manage schedules for multiple departments and staff members to ensure efficient use of resources

• Communication : Coordinating with supervisors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure effective communication and minimize conflicts

• Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve staffing-related issues in a timely and professional manner

• Compliance : Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (or related field)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
