As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the coordination and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community festivals. Responsibilities: Assist in planning and organizing various types of events from inception to completion. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met. Support the event team in managing event logistics including setup and breakdown. Help prepare event materials, signage, and promotional items. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event goals and objectives. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
