At a Glance Location: Austin, TX In‑office expectation: 2 days per week in the Austin office, with flexibility to come in more around the events calendar Employment type: Permanent Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 Why This Role Exists Redgate's events program is a core part of how we connect with data professionals across the Americas, and this role is the engine that makes it run. As we scale our presence in the AMER market, we need someone who can take full ownership of our regional events calendar: from tradeshows and hosted dinners to driving the logistics, communications, and on‑site experience that make every touchpoint count. About Redgate Redgate brings together people who want to do their best work in an environment built on trust, accountability, and collaboration. We build solutions that help data professionals securely manage the data and databases that their organizations depend on — a space that's only becoming more critical as systems scale, data regulations increase, and AI adoption accelerates. About the Role You’ll work closely with the Events Marketing Manager to own and deliver Redgate's AMER regional events program, spanning major tradeshows, hosted dinners, and elevated customer experiences. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving: coordinating logistics, leading on‑site crews, managing internal speakers, and making sure every event, from a 100‑person dinner to a 65,000‑person conference, reflects Redgate's brand and delivers against commercial goals. This role involves travel to events throughout the year in line with the seasonal program. Own the full delivery of Redgate's AMER events calendar, including tradeshows, hosted events, and customer experiences, managing everything from venue sourcing to post‑event reporting Lead on‑site event crews, keeping teams motivated and ensuring every attendee experience meets Redgate's standards Coordinate event marketing activity including pre‑ and post‑event email campaigns in Marketo, and work with regional marketers to integrate events into wider programs Manage all logistics end‑to‑end: travel and accommodation, swag inventory, asset shipments, supplier relationships, and event inboxes Run post‑event retrospectives, produce evaluation reports, own the sales lead handover process, and use insights to continuously improve the program What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience planning and delivering events end‑to‑end, including national tradeshows, both independently and as part of a team Able to manage multiple concurrent events with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is core to this role, familiarity with Canva is a bonus Comfortable with Microsoft365: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive A clear, confident communicator, in person, in writing, and on the phone, who can build rapport quickly across teams and with senior stakeholders Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and comfortable making judgment calls under pressure What We Offer $95,000 - $110,000 Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Austin office, with travel to events across the AMER region Monthly wellbeing allowance and generous paid time off Genuine investment in learning, development, and career progression Private health insurance What Happens Next Your application will be reviewed by a person; we don't use AI or automated tools to assess applications. Every profile is read by one of our Talent Partners. You’ll hear back within a few days — whether it's a next step or a no, we aim to respond promptly so you're not left wondering. Our interview process is straightforward and consistent, you'll find more detail on our typical hiring process below, so you know what's coming and why. Belonging at Redgate We believe that people do their best work in an environment built on respect, fairness, and trust — and that diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes. Redgate is an equal‑opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skill, potential, and alignment with our values. #J-18808-Ljbffr
