We make sure you're prepared with a clear care plan and all the details you need, so you can feel confident going into every shift.Care & CommunicationYou'll stay connected with our supportive office team, sharing updates so we can continue providing the best care possible—for both our clients and their families. We make sure communication is clear from shift to shift, so you always feel supported and set up for success.What we're looking for:At least 6 months of experience caring for a senior or adultA kind heart and genuine compassionGood communication and reliabilityAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningValid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportationNo certification? No problem. While CNA or HHA credentials are a plus (and come with higher pay), they're not required—we value your experience most.
