Health Care Associates is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others and looking making a difference in someone's life!

Client is located in Kent City and looking for help with the following shifts;

Tuesday 7a-3p

Everyone other Saturday 7a-11a

(More clients/hours available for those looking!)

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Assist with showering and personal care.

• Safely transfer the client using a Hoyer lift (training provided if needed).

• Some Stand and Pivot transfers needed during appointments

• Assist with toileting and bathroom needs.

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping, including tidying living areas and washing dishes.

• Complete laundry and linen changes.

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

• Experience using a Hoyer lift is a plus.

• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful.

• Ability to follow a care plan and work independently.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
