Goldman Company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead commercial mechanical construction projects throughout Central Florida. What You'll Do As a Mechanical Foreman, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial mechanical projects by: Leading and supervising field crews Coordinating work with Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Planning daily work activities and scheduling labor efficiently Monitoring project progress, quality, and productivity Ensuring all work meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes Maintaining a safe jobsite and enforcing OSHA requirements Tracking labor, materials, daily reports, and change orders Identifying and resolving field issues to keep projects moving forward What We're Looking For Qualified candidates should have: Minimum 5 years of pipefitting or mechanical construction experience Previous experience leading commercial mechanical construction crews Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience using an iPad or computer in the field OSHA 30 Certification (preferred) CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred) Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Why Join S.I.
