Stable compensation, with room to earn more

LMSW / LGPC: $62,000–$68,000 annual base salary
LCSW-C / LCPC: $72,000–$78,000 annual base salary

Earn an additional $50 per eligible completed productivity unit above your applicable weekly target . Bonus eligibility includes timely documentation and required supervision and meeting participation.

A workweek that includes the whole job

This full-time, 40-hour W-2 position combines in-person and telehealth care. Your flexible schedule includes at least one in-person day and one evening of availability each week. No weekends are required.

Protected documentation and administrative time, care coordination, weekly supervision, and required team meetings are included within the workweek.

A supported caseload ramp-up builds toward 25 completed clinical productivity units per week , with credit varying by service type. We’ll walk through the workload and incentive structure during the interview process.

What you’ll do

Provide person-centered, evidence-informed therapy; complete clinical assessments; develop treatment plans with clients; and coordinate care when appropriate. Services are matched to client needs and your training and clinical competence.

Bring sound clinical judgment, culturally responsive care, clear communication, and reliable documentation to your work with clients and colleagues.

What you’ll bring

A relevant master’s degree and an active Maryland LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, or LCPC license , along with skills in assessment, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and safety evaluation. Comfort with telehealth and electronic health records is important.
