Capital Markets Associate – Multiple U.S. Markets
A law firm client is seeking a corporate associate with 3–5 years of experience. The role focuses on securities and capital markets work and offers meaningful deal responsibility and direct client exposure.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of corporate, securities, capital markets, or M&A experience at a large law firm
- Significant experience with debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC reporting and compliance
- Experience with structured finance transactions is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- J.D. required
- Bar admission in the relevant state
