Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday What’s a typical day as Concierge? You’ll be:

• Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate company representatives.
• Administering intake sign-in logs and exit satisfaction surveys to visitors.
• Scheduling 1:1 consultation appointments for licensed and certified staff as needed.
• Answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally, and accurately transferring calls.
• Performing clerical duties including light filing and data entry.
• Organizing and maintaining up-to-date corporate information and telephone listings.
• Keeping the reception area stocked with current brochures, newsletters, and event calendars.
• Receiving and distributing mail, packages, supplies, and other deliveries.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bring receptionist or customer service experience in a workplace of 50+ employees.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills.
• Are well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask efficiently.
• Have a professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Possess working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
