Senior Associate, Infrastructure & Real Assets

We invest in our employees, clients and partner relationships, as well as, in the technology and resources necessary to remain competitive, working in a competitive environment that inspires innovation.What we do:As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $145.6B in discretionary assets under management and $859.8B in non-discretionary assets under management, as of September 30, 2025.The Opportunity:Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join our Real Assets Investment Team in Portland, Oregon.In this role, you will assist the deal leaders in performing due diligence on new infrastructure and natural resources investment opportunities and in monitoring existing investments for consistency to stated strategy, performance, trends and other qualitative and quantitative aspects.
