ServiceNow Technical Architect

This role is located in Dallas, TX and is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite and flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week. The role will be 80% technical and 20% functional/coordination responsibilities.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives in a complex multi-vendor environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, solution architecture experience, platform governance knowledge, and the ability to resolve complex technical and integration issues. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business teams, vendors, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow enterprise solutions
• Provide technical leadership in a multi-vendor environment
• Support platform governance, upgrades, integrations, and operational stability
• Resolve complex platform, performance, and integration issues
• Work with business and technical teams to provide scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM / ITBM
• Strong experience with HRSD
• Strong experience with Finance Pro / Financial Management
• Strong experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, workflows, scripting, and platform configuration
• Strong experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
• Strong experience with ACLs, roles, approvals, and security model
• Strong experience with reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics (preferred)

Experience

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years implementing S2P / SPM / HRSD solutions
• Experience working in large enterprise and governance-driven environments
• Experience supporting platform operations, upgrades, and audits
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD
• ITIL Certification
• ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM / ITBM
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
