Position OverviewExpress Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for CNC Machinist openings in Blaine, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow their skills in a precision machining environment.
Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $28-32.20/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Blaine, MN

CNC Machine Operation — Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components
Blueprint Interpretation — Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications
Tooling Adjustments — Make offsets, change tooling, and adjust machine parameters to maintain part quality
Quality Inspection — Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify part accuracy
Machine Maintenance — Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventative maintenance on equipment
CNC Experience — 1–2 years of CNC machining experience preferred
Mechanical Aptitude — Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
Math & Measurement Skills — Ability to perform basic shop math and use precision measuring tools
Problem-Solving — Ability to identify and correct machining issues
Dependability — Strong attendance and commitment to quality work
