As a Learning Experience Designer, you will help build DN’s Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology. In this role, you'll design practical, field-forward learning experiences that strengthen role readiness, employee capability, and adoption of talent programs across DN. This is inclusive of developing full learning programs, curricula, eLearning content, facilitator materials, job aids, guides, and other enablement resources for field and office audiences. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Operations, and People Team partners to translate business needs, role expectations, competency frameworks, and field realities into learning solutions that are accessible, scalable, and easy to apply in the flow of work. Responsibilities Design field-forward learning programs, curricula, courses, and learner experiences that support onboarding, role readiness, development, and employee capability across DN Translate business priorities, role expectations, competency frameworks, and stakeholder input into practical learning roadmaps, program designs, learning objectives, content outlines, and learner journeys Develop eLearning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, checklists, videos, communications, and other learning assets that are clear, accessible, and easy to use Partner with Operations, HR Business Partners and People Team partners to identify learning needs, validate content, support implementation, and ensure solutions work in field and office environments Equip and enable HRBPs and program owners with the tools, resources, guidance, and talking points needed to reinforce learning and drive adoption Apply adult learning principles, instructional design practices, learner experience design, and blended learning strategies to create engaging and measurable solutions Support field training pathways and learning experiences by creating consistent standards, materials, and resources that help employees understand expectations and build capability in current and future roles Build and maintain learning content in DN’s learning platforms and content repositories, ensuring materials are accurate, current, organized, and aligned to governance standards Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, stakeholder input, completion/adoption data, performance indicators, and business context; recommend improvements based on insights Continuously improve learning programs and materials to keep content relevant, practical, inclusive, and aligned to operational realities Support learning intake, prioritization, project planning, content development timelines, quality reviews, and launch readiness for assigned learning initiatives Stay current on learning technology, eLearning tools, content development methods, and innovative approaches that can improve learner experience and operational impact Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, organizational development, human resources, communications, business, or related field 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning programs, curricula, instructional content, eLearning, enablement resources, or talent development solutions Experience designing blended learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, job aids, guides, videos, and facilitator/participant materials Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, learner experience design, accessibility, and practical application of learning in the workplace Experience partnering with business stakeholders, HRBPs, trainers, leaders, or subject matter experts to assess needs, design solutions, and implement learning programs Ability to translate business needs, role expectations, competency frameworks, and field feedback into clear, practical, and scalable learning solutions Experience developing learning content in authoring tools, multimedia platforms, learning management systems, and related content creation software Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for field and office audiences Strong project management, organization, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables Ability to use data, feedback, and stakeholder input to evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related collaboration, learning, and content development tools Ability to work in the office 5 days per week Ability to travel up to 25%, including job site visits during onboarding and throughout employment Experience with video and multimedia content creation preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Total Rewards Our Total Rewards offerings are designed to invest in our employees and their families, including: Competitive base compensation plus eligibility for DN’s annual incentive bonus program 401(k) retirement plan consisting of a 100% employer match on the first 6% of employee contributions and an additional 3% Safe Harbor company contribution Medical coverage effective on date of hire, with DN covering 80%–85% of premiums depending on plan selection Dental coverage effective on date of hire, with DN covering 75% of premiums Voluntary vision coverage effective on date of hire Flexible Spending Account options for eligible medical, dental and dependent-care expenses Company-paid life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment coverage, and long-term disability coverage Paid time off starting at 16 days annually, increasing with tenure, plus 9 paid holidays each year Half-day Fridays between July 4 and Labor Day Paid parental leave for birth mothers and spouses or committed partners Employee Assistance Program available at no cost to employees and household members for work/life support Tuition reimbursement Gym reimbursement Employee referral incentive program Career growth, internal mobility and professional development opportunities within a stable, purpose-driven company DN is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
