We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Scrap Auditor for a crucial 6-month project at AAM in the North Vernon area.

Scrap Auditor Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am)

• Perform thorough audits and inspections of scrap materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, & proper segregation.
• Accurately record & document scrap data using alphanumeric data entry into designated systems.
• Operate a forklift safely to move, organize, & transport scrap materials as required (training will be provided if necessary).
• Collaborate with production & inventory teams to identify & resolve any discrepancies or issues related to scrap material.
• Maintain a clean, organized, & safe work environment in accordance with company policies & safety protocols.
• Adhere to all company guidelines regarding material handling, safety, & operational procedures.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to scrap management processes.

Scrap Auditor Qualifications:

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, & writing English is essential for effective communication & documentation.
• Basic computer skills, including accurate alphanumeric data entry.
• Previous experience with Plex ERP preferred
• Possession of a valid Driver's License.
• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (up to 7 days a week), to support production requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, & organizational skills.
• Prior experience in inventory control, auditing, or a manufacturing environment.
