Virtual Therapist – Licensed LPC/LMFT/LICSW

$100,000 – $110,000 per year

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
This fully remote position supports licensed professionals looking to provide consistent therapy services to individuals across West Virginia. You’ll work independently within a structured telehealth model, performing evaluations, delivering therapy, and monitoring outcomes.
Duties:
Conduct intake assessments and identify treatment priorities
Deliver virtual therapy to a diverse caseload of clients
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
Coordinate care and consult with other professionals when required
Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical standards
Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
Remote-first setup with robust tech support
Admin team handles scheduling and billing
Training and upskilling available
