Remote Mental Health Therapist
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What This Role Offers:
This opportunity allows licensed therapists (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW) to deliver personalized care through a secure telehealth platform. You’ll be working with clients across West Virginia, helping them navigate life’s challenges in a fully virtual setting. The position is ideal for those who value consistency, clinical autonomy, and the flexibility of working from home.
Key Functions:
Conduct intake assessments and establish treatment direction
Deliver ongoing individual or group therapy sessions
Adjust plans as progress is made or needs change
Keep documentation accurate and timely
Coordinate with outside providers when necessary for holistic care
Active WV license (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW)
A Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
Previous clinical or telehealth experience
Confidence using EHR systems and video platforms
Ability to balance structure with a personal therapeutic style
Work-from-home with full tech and admin support
No weekends, no late nights
Access to training materials and CEU resources
