They play a critical role in ensuring food safety and product quality and must promptly report any related concerns to the Supervisor. Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:* Follow and execute all cleaning and sanitation protocols for assigned plant equipment, ensuring compliance with microbiological standards.* Safely assemble, disassemble, maintain, and report issues with equipment used in sanitation and production areas.* Properly mix and apply industrial cleaners and sanitizers according to label instructions and safety requirements.* Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and complete additional sanitation tasks such as dry ice blasting and floor scrubbing.* Operate equipment safely, including forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers (training provided where required).* Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and communicate any sanitation or equipment concerns to supervisors.* Work in all plant areas as assigned, including overtime and elevated work, and carry out additional duties as needed to support production.* Perform dry ice blasting as needed, operate floor scrubbers to clean concrete flooring, work at heights using boom or scissor lifts, and complete other duties as assigned.**Important Details:** This is a full-time permanent role on night shift, which operates from 6pm-6:30am on a 2-2-3 continental shift schedule.**About You**You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:* The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, and the capability to pass forklift certification.* The physical ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, use both hands consistently, and perform frequent bending, lifting, and squatting.* Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment where PPE is required.* The ability and willingness to work safely around hazardous chemicals, with training provided for proper handling and use. **Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!**Click on the “Apply” button or go directly to to let us know you’re ready to join our team!*At TreeHouse Foods, we embrace diversity and inclusion for innovation and growth.
