Sanitation Tech

Position Title: Sanitation Tech Wage: $20/hour Shift: Night Hours: 5:50pm-6:00am (Rotating 2-2-3 schedule) Responsibilities Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) guidelines are adhered to Wash all plant equipment as required Safety equipment is needed to perform a specific job task and what chemicals are used to clean with Follow all aspects of the Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) program; know where the MSDS is located and how to read them Maintain a sanitary work environment inside and out Communicate with other departments to prioritize the sanitation schedule Collect cardboard, trash, plastic, and wastewater Work in a team environment to decrease production downtime Maintain a safe work environment for the team and notify the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of any equipment or personnel safety issues Ensure that all finished goods are properly labeled and staged for shipping Maintain an accurate and detailed operator’s log Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to communicate and understand verbal directions effectively and efficiently in the English language, both verbal and written Basic math and computer skills desirable Must be able to stand for 12 hours Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds IND138 We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
