Experiencia previa en ventas educativas y atencin al cliente.
Manejo de Salesforce o CRM indispensable
Llamadas salientes: inicie y administre un gran volumen de llamadas salientes a clientes potenciales en los sectores de educacin y gobierno
Generacin de leads: Identifique y califique clientes potenciales a travs de una comunicacin efectiva y una escucha activa.
Calificacin de clientes potenciales: garantice la calidad de los clientes potenciales y mantenga o haga crecer los clientes potenciales existentes. Prospeccin de clientes potenciales a travs de negocios/cuentas existentes.
Conocimiento del producto: Desarrolle una comprensin profunda de nuestros productos y servicios para transmitir de manera efectiva propuestas de valor a los clientes.
Gestin de canalizaciones: mantenga y actualice los sistemas CRM para realizar un seguimiento de clientes potenciales, oportunidades e interacciones con los clientes.
Objetivos y mtricas: cumpla y supere los objetivos mensuales y trimestrales de generacin de leads y ventas.
Habilidades: habilidades de comunicacin oral y escrita (redaccin y ortografa impecable), proactividad, creatividad, trabajo en equipo, fuerte organizacin en su trabajo, disciplinado, cumplimiento de mtricas.
Habilidades blandas: Adaptabilidad, positivismo, gestin del tiempo, tica y fiabilidad.
